- Offer is exclusive to eligible HBF Health Insurance Members in Australia. To qualify for the offer, the customer must present their valid member card at time of purchase.
- $100 off discount is off the full retail price of the chosen optical and/or sunglass frame and prescription lenses (including lens extras) when purchased as a complete pair (frames and lenses) in one transaction.
